Before departure, students and teachers receive our contact details and an emergency number that works 24/7, including evenings and weekends.
Checked accommodation
We work with host families, residences and apartments that we select, visit and check ourselves.
Suitable host companies
Placements are matched to each student’s field and level, and we stay in touch with the company during the internship.
Clear arrival and orientation
Every group gets an airport pick-up, a welcome meeting and a walk through the neighbourhood, so students quickly find their way.
Transparent communication
Regular check-ins with the students and updates for the sending school.

Our emergency line works day and night, including weekends, for students and accompanying teachers.
Students under 18
We welcome students under 18 as part of a school group. Supervision, accommodation and free-time rules are agreed with the school in advance.
Insurance
Participants travel with their own insurance, arranged by their school or Erasmus+ project. Koyot Agency does not provide insurance.
