About Koyot Agency
What does Koyot Agency organise?
We coordinate the practical side of learning mobility in Spain: internship placements, Spanish courses at Koyot Academy, accommodation, transfers, cultural programmes, professional visits and educational trips. One local team in Valencia is your single point of contact from arrival to departure.
Do you still offer translation services?
No. Koyot Agency now focuses entirely on Erasmus+ mobility and educational programmes in Spain, and we no longer offer translation or localisation services. Looking for a Spanish course? Have a look at Koyot Academy.
How does Koyot Agency work with Erasmus+ projects?
We are a local mobility partner that supports schools with the practical arrangements. Your school remains the Erasmus+ beneficiary and keeps responsibility for participant selection, learning agreements, assessment and grant reporting.
In which languages can we communicate with you?
Our team works in English, French and Spanish, so coordinators, teachers and students can communicate easily before and during the stay.
How is Koyot Agency connected to Koyot Academy?
Koyot Academy is our language school in Valencia and part of the same family. Spanish lessons for our groups take place there.
Programmes
Where do the programmes take place?
Valencia is our home base and main destination. Educational trips to Madrid, Barcelona or Alicante are available on request, where we work with reliable local partners.
What types of mobility do you organise?
VET internships, group mobilities and school trips, language and culture programmes, and fully tailor-made programmes.
How long can a mobility last?
There is no minimum or maximum duration. A school trip can last a few days, an internship several weeks or months. Tell us your dates and we build the programme around them.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
No. We work with individual students as well as large groups.
In which sectors can students do an internship?
In many sectors, including hospitality, tourism, retail, logistics and IT. Tell us the field of study and we look for suitable host companies.
How far in advance should we contact you?
For internships we recommend contacting us at least three months before arrival, so we can find the right host companies. Group trips can often be arranged at shorter notice.
Practical questions
What kind of accommodation do you offer?
Host families, student residences or apartments, depending on the age of the participants, the group and the budget.
Do you organise transfers?
Yes. We arrange airport or train station transfers and local transport when needed.
Do you work with students under 18?
Yes, as part of a school group. Supervision, accommodation and free-time rules are agreed with the school in advance.
Is insurance included?
No. Participants travel with their own insurance, arranged by their school or Erasmus+ project.
